RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All our products are custom printed-on-demand specifically for you. Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The print quality does not meet our standards

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@onsaledesign.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective/incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. For size exchanges on defective items, contact us at info@onsaledesign.com.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
