SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All our products are custom printed-on-demand after you place your order. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your item ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship within the United States via standard carriers. Estimated delivery times after production:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (when available)

Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time (2-7 days)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@onsaledesign.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering by contacting info@onsaledesign.com.
